Directions

  1. Add ingredients to mixing glass & fill 2/3 full with ice.
  2. Stir until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into small, chilled tumbler without ice.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Rye whiskey
  • 3/4 oz Cognac
  • 3/4 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1 barspoon Benedictine
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
