Herbal/Chartreuse Swizzle

Directions

  1. Peychaud's bitters, to top.
  2. Add all ingredients in large Collins glass.
  3. Fill 2/3 full with crushed ice.
  4. Swizzle ice and liquid with barspoon to combine.
  5. Top with crushed ice and add Peychaud's bitters to top.
  6. Garnish with dehydrated lime. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Genepy Liqueur or Chartreuse
  • 1 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Falernum Liqueur
